Terms of Use

  1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION ArchiClarity provides services for upscale (increasing resolution) and enhancement of architectural visuals and other digital images using artificial intelligence technology. Our platform enhances the quality and increases the resolution of the architectural images uploaded by users.

  2. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT To use our services, you must create a user account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities conducted under your account.

  3. PAYMENT TERMS 3.1. ArchiClarity services are offered through subscription or credit-based payment models. 3.2. All prices are indicated in USD . 3.3. Payments can be made securely via our payment infrastructure with a credit card or other accepted payment methods. 3.4. Subscriptions automatically renew upon expiration. You can cancel automatic renewal through your account settings. 3.5. Payments are processed securely through the Stripe payment infrastructure, adhering to PCI DSS standards.

  4. REFUND POLICY 4.1. Refunds are not provided for digital services once used. 4.2. In case of inability to use the service due to technical issues, users may receive credit refunds or service extensions if reported within 7 days. 4.3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  5. CANCELLATION POLICY 5.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. 5.2. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current subscription period. Partial refunds for the remaining period are not provided. 5.3. Canceled subscriptions can still be used until the subscription period expires.

  6. USER OBLIGATIONS 6.1. You agree not to upload content that infringes copyrights, property rights, or other intellectual property rights. 6.2. You commit to not using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes. 6.3. You affirm ownership or authorization to use the rights of the visuals you upload.

  7. SERVICE LIMITATIONS 7.1. Processing of adult, pornographic, obscene, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. 7.2. Engaging in behavior that overloads, abuses, or disrupts normal service operation is prohibited. 7.3. ArchiClarity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 8.1. Users retain ownership rights to the content uploaded to the ArchiClarity platform. 8.2. ArchiClarity reserves the right to use processed visuals to improve services but does not commercially share these visuals with third parties without user consent. 8.3. The ArchiClarity platform, software, and trademarks are protected by relevant intellectual property rights.

  9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 9.1. ArchiClarity does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 9.2. ArchiClarity is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from users' use of the platform. 9.3. The service is provided "as-is," and ArchiClarity makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

  10. APPLICABLE LAW These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish Courts have jurisdiction in case of disputes.

  11. CHANGES ArchiClarity reserves the right to modify these terms of use without prior notice. Changes will be effective from the moment they are published on the website.
