REFUND CONDITIONS FOR DIGITAL SERVICES
1.1. Used Services:

No refunds are provided once digital image processing services (upscale and enhancement) have been completed.

Purchased credits are non-refundable once used.
1.2. Unused Credits:

Full refunds can be requested for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days, refunds for unused credits are not provided, but credits remain valid in your account.
1.3. Technical Issues:

If our service cannot be completed due to a system error or if results do not meet expected quality, notify us within 7 days, and we may: a) Refund credits used for the specific processing. b) Alternatively, offer free reprocessing of the same visual.

REFUND POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS
2.1. Initial 7-Day Refund Right:

For new monthly subscriptions, you can receive a full refund if canceled within the first 7 days.

If any services were used during this period, a partial refund will be provided after deducting the value of used services.
2.2. Long-Term Subscriptions:

For 3-month, 6-month, or annual subscriptions, you may request a partial refund based on the remaining period if canceled within the first 14 days.

After 14 days, partial refunds for long-term subscriptions are not provided.
2.3. Automatically Renewed Subscriptions:

Refunds can be requested within the first 48 hours after automatic renewal.

If your subscription has been automatically renewed and you did not intend to renew it, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal date.
